The dates are, June 1st thru June 5th, 2017. (Check In: 4 PM, Check Out by 11 AM).
Our Room Rates are good for 3 days before & 3 days after our Reunion Dates
**Cut off Date for Reserved Rooms is April 1st, 2017,
(Then remaining rooms in our Block will be released)
"reservations received after this date will continue to be accepted
at the preferred rate, on a room available basis.**
Our Daily Room Rates have
been established at $129.00, plus Tax Per Guest Rooms.
As of
now we have 20 Rooms that have been blocked for us
and a
hospitality room.
To avoid a
charge equal to the first night's room and tax, individual reservations
must
be cancelled 24 Hours prior to the
scheduled arrival Date.
Complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius of the Hotel to include the Charleston
International Airport , Tanger Outlet Mall, Amtrak and 30+ restaurants in the area.
Historic Downtown Shuttle to the Visitor's Center: Service available 7 days a week from 8am-11:30pm
for $3 each way.. Pick up location directly across from hotel at the Tanger OutletMall.
Steve Massey also Negotiated for us on our Group rate to include
2 complimentary breakfast per Room per day.
We also get a 10% discount in their "Sweetgrass Restaurant"
for Lunch and Dinner with the exception of Alcohol.

offset the cost of snacks and Beverages
